So the day before yesterday, which was Thursday, i had the privledge of leading a small group. It went well. I enjoyed asking questions and listening to their answers, and really just speaking to them. Normally I end to shy away from these types of things but that day i was just talkative and well very energetic.

  Soo anyways, I was at the last "step", which was asking if everyone in my group was saved. I asked and everyone said yes they were except one girl. Now I was kind of caught off guard to be honest.I knew her and i didnt expect her to say no.(When your in ministry you never expect everyone to be saved.) And so anyways one other group memeber had asked her why she thought she was not saved. Her reply was "because I don't read the bible."

Her answer just kinda hit me. I truely related to her. I had been struggling with that for a long time, and i had just gotten into it within the last few months. I mean i have been reading over 3 chapters a night. (yes i read at night) And all of a sudden i was able to help her with the same issue that  i to had struggled with. It was amazing. I felt so happy to be able to help someone.

 What i told her was that when you become a christian, yah it's gonna be hard to all of a sudden start reading the bible.  but all you got to do is read a small section, a day. You could even read psalms. thats the most easiest thing to read. Also pray that God gives you the desire/hunger to read his word everyday.

I learned so much when i led the group. It was truely amazing. Plus it gives me experience with ministry.
